Round Robins

The second of our quilts has returned to its nest. I added the last border to Helen's and sent it on its way. She received it today; and has blogged it here. Here's the photo I took before mailing it. To get a photograph of such a large quilt top, I neede it flat on the ground, and my best solution was spreading in on my parents' neatly manicured lawn, then hanging out as far as I could from over their second-floor balcony balustrading. It's a pity they didn't take a photo of me while I was at it!

I've loved the fun, frindship, surprises and challenges of this round robin, and am keen to do it again (or something very similar) next year.
