Its a handy trick to know. I recently scored a 12 inch wide roll of white fabric. It had been left as every one thought it was Poly-cotton, but the test proved it to be all cotton, easily enough for a great granny block quilt
OK - I'm missing something - what is the match for?
I sure like your Great Granny squares. I have been sewing them too.
